Of Danish origin, Peter is an apprentice served carpenter who qualified at Aarhus Architecture College, Denmark in 1989. He settled in St Nicolas du Pelem, Brittany in 2004 and registered as an artisan in 2006.
In addition to his work in France, Peter has worked in many European countries on a variety of projects including building ski chalets in Norway, fitting hospitals, laying decking and fitting out luxury cruise liners in Italy, and even fitting bomb proof windows in the new Met Office building in Exeter, UK.
Peter now specialises in new builds, extensions and renovations (interior or exterior) and his work is undertaken to the highest possible standard. Job satisfaction is of utmost importance to him, so the best materials are always used, and no corners are cut.
Peter can work from plans and is also able to liaise with other artisans if required for larger projects. He is fully registered; all work is therefore covered by a ten-year guarantee. Based in the Côtes d’Armor department of Brittany but will travel for the right project.
