    So clarify, what was it then if not a question? and if we all waited for punctuation to be correct all if the time we wouldn’t get anything done. Most engineers aren’t great at spelling or punctuation.

    It was a  statement.

    It would probably not make much sense either.

    Most engineers aren’t great at spelling or punctuation.

    I think you are confusing engineers who are trained  to convey precise information with snake oil salesmen.

    It’s a common trait in those who cannot back up their BS with facts.  ‘mumblings’???? .
