Szechuan Chicken and rice, but I would really like to pick up the phone and have it delivered to-day!! Quite a lot of ingredients, but easy peasy to make. Been collecting/cutting/stacking wood again. This lot was hard going, had to cut away branches and brambles to get to it (been there 3 years) and it’s offy hot. 2 tons of gravel delivered tomorrow, who needs a regime?

I haven’t been cooking today as we are still finishing off the weekend’s leftovers. Except I made a honey cake.
Tomorrow I’ll have to make something from what’s in the store cupboard, probably tuna/corn pudding.

Unsmoked haddock is églefin. If you see something called ‘haddock’ here, it’s smoked.
