Mobile Homes in the Loire Valley from Parc Mayenne

You can connect with nature, with hundreds of kilometres of walks and cycle routes and the lake with a beach nearby at La Ferté Macé. Whilst rural there is plenty to see and do within a short drive. There are many local restaurants, from no frills lunches to gourmet meals and the local town of Lassay les Chateaux has all the amenities you need and a fantastic restored Chateau. Bagnoles de l’orne has a famous spa, restaurants, trap racing and events throughout summer. Jublain is host to Roman remains and there are many gorgeous little villages to explore. The landing beaches are just an hour and 40-minute drive and Paris is only 1 hour 30 minutes away on the train.

Why Parc Mayenne?

It’s the hassle free, low maintenance alternative to owning a house in France. On-site managers ensure your home is in safe hands. The homes are easily maintained so there’s no worry or expense that come with a bricks and mortar property. The Parc is open all year, so you can visit when you choose.

How easy is it to buy?

Our UK-based sales agent will handle every aspect of your sale. There are no notaires involved and it’s completely hassle free. A wide choice of homes is available, so there is something for every budget. Your annual rent is paid directly to the Parc and ranges from €2,880 to €3,960, depending on the plot location.

To buy new or Pre-owned?

The choice is yours. Pre-owned are already sited and can come with extras such as a deck or satellite TV system. New homes come fully furnished, with a deck extra, and you can choose a plot. If you choose new, you have the choice of many homes from all the leading manufacturers.

What about Parc life?

Once you are a homeowner, you immediately become part of the relaxed and friendly atmosphere on site, with like-minded people who all love their little piece of France and social occasions. We get involved with the local community too, the perfect chance for you to test out your French. The Parc is also home to an abundance of wildlife such as the red squirrels, woodpeckers, deer, buzzards and Hoopoe.

What other costs are involved?

Included in your rent is the plot rental itself, water consumption, disposal of waste water and all the facilities at the Parc. As well as your annual rent, there will be an electricity bill (there are meters in every home), cost of gas bottles, insurance and an annual gas safety check, plus any additional maintenance you may require.

Any restrictions?

You can’t live permanently at Parc Mayenne and must have a primary address elsewhere. Sub-letting is not permitted

How do we proceed?

We have lots of information and photos on our website, but the best thing to do is to book a visit to come and

see for yourself. We can show you around the stunning Parc and at a selection of homes available. We recommend an overnight (or longer) stay to enable you to explore the surrounding area.
