This property to restoreis situated in a small hamlet and consists of a house with a barn attached and a garden. It also has a forest of 1 and a 1/2 hectares included in the sale. The property has mains water and electricity connected, an individual drainage will need to be installed and there are plenty of companies that will do that work in the area.

The farmhouse did have another barn attached to it (on the left looking at the photo below) which was demolished but still shows on the plan cadastral for the property. The property has been empty for quite a few years so needs to be restored and some work is also required to the roof of the barn where a beam needs to be changed and tiles replaced. One corner of the barn needs fixed but this is can be easily done.
