12th Century Chateau with 12 hectares

Situated 15 minutes from Mirande, this chateau dating to the beginning of the 12th century, with a medieval tower, boasts 20 rooms and 500m² of living space. By the main door you enter into a large room (33m²) with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, the kitchen is separated from this room by a single wall which you could easily change to give a total space of 46m². Behind the kitchen you will find a huge wine cellar of 65 m².

You reach the first floor via a marble staircase; a very long hall takes you to the bedrooms of 14 m², 26 m², 24 m² with a dressing room of 9 m² and a bathroom of 5 m². Further on is a bright sitting room of 31 m² and a small bedroom of 10 m² which could serve as an office. All the rooms face south.

The area to be restored consists of a tower of around 120 m² and several rooms on the second store of the main building.
