This beautiful and large property brings together an organic wine estate with on-site wine aging and sale all production in bottles under the Château brand AND also the hosting of wine tourism with Gîtes, Bed and Breakfast, Reception and Seminar rooms, Spa and with an enormous development potential, almost without limit of imagination. The different dwellings, including the main house, offer 16 bedrooms with 13 shower or bathrooms and a building to be converted. There are in all about 2500m2 of stone buildings with roofs in good condition and regularly checked and maintained. In terms of grounds, the 78ha are in one piece and everything is organic. For more than 30 years the principle of organic has been applied and officially the label has been requested and granted for more than 10 years. The Estate consists of 40ha of agricultural land, of which 9ha are currently in vineyards, and 36ha in woods and scrubland. Without clearing, one could get with replanting 40ha of vines, as it was the case in the last century of which the large cellar is proof. Among agricultural land there is a rich variety and thanks to the availability of water the potential for development is limitless. On top of the farmed land there are already fruit trees, olive trees, truffle oaks and a vegetable garden - of course all worked organically. The operating and wine aging equipment is part of the sale and remains in place. Only the stock of wine is not included in the sale price. On the other hand, the Gîtes, B&B and reception area will remain furnished.---
