A lot of charm for this stone and half-timbered village house located in the heart of a charming little village 10mn from Aurignac.

Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove with distributor, reversible low-energy air/air conditioners and electric inertia convectors. Domestic hot water is provided by an electric water heater.
The roof is in order. The wooden joinery is double glazed.
The electrical installation is relatively recent.

The renovation dates from 2010 with a real commitment to preserve the old elements (floor tiles, woodwork, mud walls, earthenware from Martres Tolosane...) have been preserved to give the place a warm, authentic, country atmosphere but also atypical and modern.
