Bastide in Le Thoronet

If you like the countryside and peace and quiet, we present you this pretty Bastide and its bergerie in a unique location in the valley of the Abbaye du Thoronet. The Provençal Bastide and its large tiled swimming pool (10 x 5 m) are located in a small peaceful hamlet surrounded by vineyards. The Bastide has been completely renovated with noble materials. The bergerie (the annex) en pierre has a new roof, insulation and a concrete slab. The bergerie can be finished to your taste or to use for exemple as a yoga or painting studio.
The bastide comprises on the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with beautiful old wood beams and fireplace, a kitchen with access to the large covered terrace (35 m2) on the west side. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is an independent appartement (also accessible from the inside) with living room, kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, storeroom and access to a large terrace.
There is also a garage, a field with 32 olive trees, a water tank (300 litres) from your private borehole and a large sports field.
There are two towns nearby, Carcès and Le Thoronet, 7 km away, with all amenities.
