These houses are located in Mayenne at the edge of the Haut-Anjou region, 260 km from Paris by motorway. Located in, it is said in the dictionary of Abbé Angot, "One of the coolest valleys of the river Vaiges". Indeed, this place of countryside, undulating, wooded, calmed by the flow of the river, is really peaceful.
The TGV station of Sablé sur Sarthe (Paris-Nantes-Angers) is 13km away. The first shops are provided by the small neighbouring village 3 km away (mini-market, bakery).
This is a first building dating back to at least the 19th century, a solid stone building comprising a central room on the ground floor, lit from both sides. On the one hand, there is a large bedroom and its shower room - wc - laundry room. On the other hand, the kitchen, the entrance and a storeroom. On the first floor, a large bedroom, another bedroom and a shower room. There is still a room under the roof to be converted. It should measure around 120 sqm.
The second house (70 sqm), positioned perpendicularly, also facing the river below, comprises a main room. On the one hand, there is a kitchen, a bedroom with an adjoining shower room; on the other hand, there is a room for which work has been started on the floor and door frames. The attic space above is vacant. The outbuildings extend it.
In the extension of the second house, a long stable open at the gable end by a carriage entrance allowing a large number of animals or vehicles to be brought in over a length of twenty meters.
Pretty little building with a courtyard, constituting the 4 former pigsties. It should be noted that these buildings are well maintained and well laid out.
Only a few square meters of roofing at the rear are made of sheet metal.
Other adjoining sheds.
Lovely plot of land going down to the river, the buildings being out of reach of the river's whims. The surroundings are delightful, wooded, preserved, the immediate countryside and environment are charming, and reveal all their authenticity, an undeniable asset of this place.
Land surface area: approx 8000 sqm.
