The vineyard of approximately 85 ha is in on piece surrounding the buildings. It offers well-sized and easily accessible plots.
The vineyard is classified mainly inIGP d’Oc(approximately 94%), the rest inAOP Minervois(approximately 5%).
It is grown under the organic ECOCERT label.
About 4 ha of fields offer a land reserve allowing to enlarge the vineyard, as well as 30 ha of woods.
Former wine cellar (500 m²) that needs to be modernized in order to ensure vinification of all or part of the production.
Various outbuildings could house the equipment.
Onz official apartment and lodgings complete the buildings.
