This charming farm with outbuildings, located on the pilgrim route to Compostelle (Camino de Santiago), dates back to 1793. It would make a perfect family home, and offers the possibility to run it as a Bed & Breakfast. Additionally there is a small studio for friends and guests. The current owners developed the Bed & Breakfast option.
The cast iron entrance gate opens onto to the front courtyard before entering the property straight into a large hallway. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, living room, dining room, shower room with WC, utility room, dressing room and a large (36m²) veranda. The first floor offers four large bedrooms, one children's bedroom, an office, a dressing room and a bathroom.
The former pigsty has been transformed into an art studio. The attached barns and pantry could be modified into further living accommodation if required.
The ensemble sits in its enclosed gardens and offers also the possibility to let ponies, chickens, sheep etc. graze.
Excellent internet access (fibre) will keep you connected while you enjoy total tranquility.
