This manor house, whose origins date back to the time of the Norman invasions in the 9th century, is located in a Norman commune.

The known origins of the manor house date back to the 16th century. However, there is still some mystery as to its earlier history, as evidenced by the towers and recesses on the north façade, the wide stone staircase and the thickness of some of the walls, which suggest that the building existed long before.
