It is just 20 minutes ferry-ride to Nyon Switzerland, the rail network and Geneva.

The ground floor is accessed via a leafy, south-westerly courtyard garden and comprises fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer; large open-plan lounge leading to a pretty balcony overlooking the village, two bedrooms on different levels with bathroom, each.

The upper floor leads from timber staircase to the mezzanine gallery with projector and 'cinema' area. Two further sofa beds sleep 8 altogether.
