This chalet is perfect for someone who wants the luxury of a modern chalet but does not want to wait for a house to be built from scratch. The feel of the chalet is luxurious, with a tasteful mix of old wood and modern details. The open plan living room opens onto two balconies and has a wood burner and double height ceiling, with a second space upstairs for a TV and games room, making it a perfect space for hosting, both for parties and families. Thanks to its excellent location being walkable to the lift, the property rents well with proven rental history.

Location
The chalet is situated in Les Bois, 2.5km north of Chamonix. It takes around 30 minutes to walk to Chamonix centre and it's a 5 minute walk to the golf course, closest shops and Flégère lift. The bus stop and train station are only a couple of minutes walk from the chalet. The area has some of the best views and is one of the sunniest areas in the valley.
