53-Acre Pyrenean Farm Property

Located in the triangle between Lourdes-Pontacq-Nay is this beautiful property of almost 22 hectares (53 acres) currently dedicated to raising cattle. The main agricultural buildings are clustered around the main house: stone-built stables with accompanying lean-to (280m²), a metallic storage hangar (250m²) serves as shelter for the farm equipment and grain silos, a livestock barn (240m²) and finally set aside is a currently disused pig sty (450m²).These buildings are functional and in relatively good condition.

The working farm is divided into two sections:

- The upper section (10.67 hectares) covers the hillside above and around the farm and consists of pastures on a plateau of moderate slope and where it is possible to use mechanised equipment over almost the entirety.

- The lower section (11.53 hectares) is at the bottom of the hillside and stretches along a river. Flat and well irrigated, it is possible to cultivate cereal crops, corn in particular.

The current owner of this working farm hopes to rapidly find a successor capable of continuing the current livestock (cow milk production).
