Overlooking the resort of Megeve, this chalet, completely renovated in 2022-2023, combines calm, comfort and warm elegance.

Located just 1500 m from the slopes of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, there are 400 km of slopes open to you in winter and a whole network of mountain bike and hiking trails the rest of the year. The chalet is the last house in the hamlet. Next to the stream, it opens onto a 180-degree view of the entire Val d'Arly. The centre of Megève is only 2.5 kilometres away, 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Megeve, a typical Haute-Savoie village (no longer in need of introduction), offers top-class facilities: local gastronomy, Michelin-starred chefs, luxury spas and hotels, relaxation areas, ice rink, swimming pools, curling rink, sled dogs, altiport, casino...

After immersing yourself in village life, enjoy the comfort of the Jacuzzi on the terrace, make the most of the 65 m2 of living space or the various terraces and balconies.

The "Joie de Vie" chalet spans 3 levels, with a total living area of 236 m2 and 40 m2 of technical annexes (garage, ski room, etc). The ground floor opens onto a large entrance hall leading to the light-filled living room with kitchen and dining room opening directly onto the south-facing balcony. A bedroom with en suite shower room and separate bathroom complete the first floor.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with its own private south-facing balcony, a bathroom and sanitary facilities complete the chalet.

The garden level is divided into two areas: the living area has two bedrooms, one of which opens directly onto the terrace and garden, a bathroom and a toilet. The technical area includes a garage, laundry room, boiler room, ski room and an additional cellar for conversion.

Outside, there are balconies, a terrace, a garden beside a stream and a Jacuzzi... this chalet is all about living in nature, whatever the season.

On the technical side, we have a private sewage system that has been renovated to meet current standards, oil-fired heating supplemented by a wood-burning stove, and hot water produced by an electric hot water tank.
