Our opinion
Amadeus will be a top specification, quality chalet built by one of the area's most prestigious constructors. The buyer will be able to create his own, bespoke design (the images shown are just a suggestion).
The chalet will be the last of its kind and, being so central, unique for a new build.
Location
Chalet Amadeus will be built on the south-west facing side of the Morzine Valley overlooking the summer pool and across to the village and the Pleney area ski slopes. The site is very central, just over a 5 minute walk (400 metres) into town via the Passerelle F. Baud footbridge.
For skiing, the chalet will be less than 250 metres from the Super Morzine lift, giving access to the high pistes of Avoriaz. You can also catch the "petit train" across to the Pleney lift and the main Morzine slopes leading over to les Gets.
