Ground floor

The front door opens into a tiled entrance hall (14m2) to the rear of which is a traditional curved wooden staircase rising to the first floor. To the right of the hall a door opens into a reception room (25m2) with tiled floor, stone fireplace and a pair of tall windows looking into the south-facing front garden.

To the left a door opens into a second reception room (27m2) with tiled floor and a pair of tall windows looking into the front garden.

From the dining room a door opens into a very large living/dining room with a kitchen area to one corner. This room (40m2) has a tiled floor, beautifully carved stone Charentaise fireplace and a door to a covered terrace to the back of the house which then leads on to the rear garden.

To the far side of the kitchen a doorway opens to small corridor, off which is a large laundry room (with WC) as well as a storeroom.

The corridor then leads to a large reception room (42m2 – a converted barn) with wooden floor, exposed stone walls, double-height ceiling and a glazed door to the garden to the back of the house. To one side of the room a staircase rises to the first floor.

First floor

The stairs in the entrance hall rise to the first floor landing. To the left is a large bedroom (26m2) with an ensuite shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC). To the right of the landing is another large bedroom (25m2) with an ensuite bathroom (bath, wash-basin and WC).

Second floor
