Beautiful 91 hectare estate in the heart of the Corbieres mountains.

This beautiful wine growing property is situated near a peaceful village in a pretty valley in the heart of the Corbieres Massif. The estate is located about 15 min from the motorway and 15 min from a picturesque village which is very popular with tourists. The property is about 20 minutes away from a large town with an international airport.

The residential and farm buildings are south-facing. The manor house has a living area of approx. 600 m2. It is currently divided into two dwellings, each of 300 m2. The manor house overlooks a beautiful park with century-old trees and a magnificent tower, formerly the village convent. The housing includes two independent dwellings in addition to the mansion. The first has been renovated in recent years but the second needs to be updated.

There is a large stable between the two flats. It has been renovated in recent years with a view to developing catering activities. In all events, these two dwellings, the stable and all the agricultural outbuildings can perfectly fit into a luxury wine tourism project.

The winery covers approximately 470 m2. The winery needs to be completely re-equipped (tank room, equipment...) as the harvest is currently taken to the local cooperative cellar.

The 91 ha estate offers a vineyard of 47.3 ha, of which 37.5 ha are AOP Corbieres and 9.7 ha are IGP. The vines are very well maintained and 78 percent of the vineyard is planted with noble varieties.

The vineyard is planted on the hillsides around the residential and agricultural buildings.

The estate has a cultivation method that implements elaborate and well thought-out practices to preserve natural balances, and which is based on a global approach to the farm and its environment. The vineyard will be certified High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE3) for the 2021 harvest.
