The house is located in a hamlet near the Mediterranean Sea, in the region of Béziers, Languedoc Roussillon, Occitanie, South of France. The terraced house benefits from privacy and also from two accesses, one through a large courtyard and the other through the garden. On the Ground floor is a large open room with living room, dining room and kitchen. A beautiful and large fireplace and exposed beams create an atmosphere of charm and character. Upstairs there are separate toilets, the master bedroom with a shower room and a dressing room. On the 2nd floor there is another large bedroom with another shower room, storage space. The large terrace gives a view of the greenery. A garden shed with BBQ.Grounds The plot is 488m2 large. Condition There is oil central heating. The windows are partly in PVC double glazing and there are wooden shutters. Those shutters are to be paint and possibly the 3 wooden windows to change. Comments An ideal base for a family who loves being close to the sea and at the same time the greenery and the proximity of a village and also the city with all its infrastructures.
