Vegetarians in France

CONTENTS

Vegetarian France

Trevor Bridge 2005
Welcome to the vegetarian zone of FrenchEntrée - my name is Trevor Bridge, and I am your topic host. My wife, Jocelyn, and I have been vegetarians for many years and when we moved to France in 2004 we decided to provide luxury accommodation for vegetarians at Le Fayard, our little farm close to St Claud in the Charente. Because of our many other activities - including painting, writing and photography - we closed it at the end of 2008, but through it, we met many people and made lots of new friends.
Jocelyn and I still thoroughly enjoy the tranquillity of our life in the picturesque French countryside and, although it has involved much research, trial and error, we are able to continue our completely vegetarian lifestyle.
Please get in touch if you are interested in contributing an article, sharing your experiences of being a vegetarian in France, or want to advertise your vegetarian product or service.
