I am having trouble viewing the members-only section / the website
This is most likely a problem with your cache or cookies, here are some instructions to resolve this issue:
- Clear your cache and browser cookies (steps on how-to for Safari or Chrome)
- Disable any ad blockers that you may have
- Attempt accessing the log-in page
- Finally, if the above steps do not work then please try filling in the sign-in form on a different web browser (eg. Google or Safari). If you are using an Apple device such as iPhone or iPad then please see here.
I want to purchase a gift membership
If you wish to purchase a gift membership, please simply sign up but put the recipient’s email address in the contact details, that way all instructions will be registered to the recipient.
I want to cancel my membership
Memberships can be cancelled for up to 48 hours after purchase or renewal by emailing us at [email protected]. We would really appreciate your feedback on why you wish to cancel so we can continue to improve on our Membership benefits and service.
How do I pay for a membership? Which payment methods are accepted?

How do I access member-only content once I have subscribed?
You can access members-only content like downloadable PDF guides, digital editions of French Property News magazine, and members-only live events by visiting the Members Zone here or clicking on the “Members Zone” link from the FrenchEntrée homepage. You will need to sign in using the email and password you created when you became a member.
