The kitchen and dining area are light and spacious. Facilities include fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a gas cooker.
The pleasant dining area has table and chairs and radio/CD player.
External facilities
The property is set in its own private garden with parking for 2 cars. There is a lawned area, veg plot, patio area with table/chairs and parasol. A BBQ and 2 sun loungers are also provided. There are two bench seats positioned around the garden from which to enjoy the plants and flowers. There is a small fish pond (protected).
Special features
The department of Cotes d'Armor is a relatively undiscovered part of Brittany. The cottage is situated on the 'unspoilt Peninsular' and is well placed for lots of beaches and also for the local facilities in Pleubian, which include supermarket, petrol, banks, chemists and tourist information centre.
The nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk down the lane to the side of the property, where you can discover the coastline via the GR34 coastal path, without even getting in to your car ! There are various local fetes during July and August, with food, musical entertainment and dancing. The locals are always very friendly and welcoming!

Chateau Roche Jagu, has grounds with lovely walks and often art exhibitions & outdoor events during the summer.
The Medieval market towns of Treguier, Paimpol and Pontrieux (river trips).
The beautiful Island of Brehat, ideal as no cars allowed, bicycle hire available.
The Pink Granite Coast at Perros Guirec and Ploumanach.
The famous Sillon de Talbert (2 mins away) which is a 3km sand bar stretching out to sea.
Markets and restaurants serving lovely food at sensible prices!

Location
The property is situated in the village of l'Armor Pleubian, only minutes away from many quiet beaches, the GR34 coastal path. Pleubian has all facilities. There are many places to visit in the area, including Treguier with its Cathedral and Medieval Port. Paimpol has a lovely harbour, restaurants and art galleries. Horse riding available locally. The Medieval Chateau Roche Jagu is 20 mins. The island of Brehat is well worth a visit. Ideal area for cycling, boating, fishing & walking.

There is a seperate lounge with woodburner, settee and chairs, DVD and satellite TV
the Shower room with wash handbasin and WC are also on the ground floor. There is. a seperate utility area with iron/ironing board, washing machine and airer.

There are two spacious comfortable bedrooms on the first floor - each with a double bed and wardrobe, bedside tables and electric wall heaters.
