Local activities

Location
Couiza is a pretty village with 2 restaurants, 2 patisseries, a local shop, cafe and bar and is a short walk from markets, river swimming and beautiful landscapes. Near to Couiza are thermal spas, the Pyrenees mountains, the town of Quillan where you can try rafting and canoeing. Carcassonne is 34km away and 60km to the Mediterranean coast. There are swimming lakes, underground caves and numerous walking trails. Ski resorts within 1 hour and horse riding nearby. Fetes and events run all summer

Large open plan kitchen, diner and living room, with plenty of seating, plants and also a computer for your convenience. The rooms are light and airy and are tastefully decorated.
Door leads to terrace, which overlooks the river and has ample seating for guests to relax in the sun and sample the local specialties.
