Ground floor
A large covered porch leads to the front door - this opens into the entrance hall (about 20 sq m) with tiled floor and exposed stone wall. A door from here opens to a garage (about 50 sq m) which houses the oil-fired central heating boiler.
An arch opens through to the main living space (80 sq m) - most of which is double height. This room has a tiled floor, exposed beams, exposed stone walls, large stone fireplace, two mezzanine levels and doors opening onto a south-facing terrace.
