The historic town of Foix is ten minutes away and on the outskirts there are three large supermarkets, garages and garden centres. Foix has a food and clothing market on Fridays and boasts a beautiful three turret Castle, there are very good restaurants located within reach.

The nearest ski slopes are 40 minutes away in Axe Les Thermes and can be reached by cable car, there is good parking available. The coast is a 2 hour drive away at Perpignan.
