There is a very large attic space (80m²), enabling the development of a further four rooms if required.
To the rear of the building is a large newly laid patio of 50m² which enjoys the sun from noon until sunset. Within the meadow are various decking areas for differing views and sunspots, also within the meadow is an above ground pool of 5m diameter and 1.5m deep. This was newly installed in April 2011.
