The land

The 8.5ha is split roughly half and half between woodland (mostly oak) and pasture of two small fields and one large one, which can be divided into three, the large field has a pond with a source that never seems to dry up.

The house is heated by the wood burner which has a back boiler to heat two radiators upstairs (we are entirely self sufficient in wood) water is heated by an emersion heater. Drainage is by fosse septique. We have ADSL (broadband)

We have a private drive which is shared by our one neighbour who lives in a property below us.

We are 40 minutes drive from Montauban or Cahors, 11/2 hours to Bergerac and 11/4 hours to Toulouse airports
