Parc Residential de Loisirs covers some 20 hectares and includes a lake within the chateau grounds. Fishing (carp, perch, catfish) in the lake is free and the nearby forest with nature walks and a health course is perfect for all year round walking.
The park is open for 12 months a year and the pleasant climate and excellent park facilities provide the perfect combination for park living, or year round short and long holidays. Subletting to friends and family is permitted. The excellent facilities include a bar, restaurant, snack bar, takeaway pizzeria, supermarket, indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna and Jacuzzi and numerous sports facilities. All facilities are open between the months of May and September and open at the discretion of the owner during October to April.
Parc Residential de Loisirs forms one side of the park and is for owners of mobile homes – the other side being open between the months of May and September for holiday lets. During these months electricity and water is free of charge to all – there is a small fee charged for use of water and electricity between October and April.
Caravans in the Sun have a full range of both single unit and twin lodge homes available which are suitable for this park.
