Gite 1: The Cottage (Sleeps 4)The ground floor of this 200 year old house is open plan, with exposed beams and stone walls. The massive fire place has been carefully restored. The lounge area has a sofa and chairs facing a TV (with UK Satellite TV) and video/DVD with a selection of films. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. (The washing machine is located in the bathroom). On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, a double with views over the pool area and a twin bedded room overlooking the courtyard. Across the landing from both bedrooms is a modern bathroom.

Gite 2: Logis (Sleeps 10)Entering from the courtyard into the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges and microwave. The large dining table seats 10 guests. Archway to the lounge with beamed cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace with log burner, TV (with UK Satellite TV) and video/DVD and plenty of room to relax. On the ground floor there is a family bedroom with a double bed, set of bunk beds and fitted wardrobe. Across the corridor is a second bedroom with two single beds. Between these 2 bedrooms is the bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both of which have a double beds, and each has an en-suite shower room with shower, sink and toilet

Gite 3: Charrue (Sleeps 5)Entering from the courtyard into a modern fitted kitchen/diner with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Archway to the comfortably furnished lounge with TV (with UK Satellite TV) and video/DVD and a log burner for Christmas and early season guests. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, also with a wardrobe and bedside table. Adjacent to both is a toilet and vanity sink. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Across the landing is the bathroom with bath, large vanity sink and toilet

Gite 4: La Grange (Sleeps 8-10)Entering from the courtyard into the fully fitted kitchen diner with gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge:freezer. The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests. Archway to the lounge with beamed ceiling, exposed stone wall. TV (with UK Satellite TV) and video/DVD and plenty of room to relax. Access from the lounge to inner hallway leading to the ground floor bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single beds,(these can be changed to bunkbeds to make a total of 10 beds) the second has a single set of bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms are adjacent to the shower room with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, large vanity sink and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, large vanity sink and shower.

Gite 5: Portal (sleeps 10-12) Spacious entrance hall, with dining area & Bar. Exposed stone walls. To the right, large family fitted kitchen with tiled worktops and breakfast bar.
To the left the living room with oak floor, 2 French doors opening onto the terrace.
On the first floor, Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bath, shower, sink & WC.
Landing to Bedroom 2, Shower room,
Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 4 has an ensuite shower room.

Office, linen storage and laundry room

The gites all have a private terrace which opens onto the pool area, the 20 metre x 6 metre tiled pool is heated by a heat exchanger.
Beyond the pool is the playing field, (3000m²) with a childrens play area, wooden fort, swings & slide. There is a covered area for table tennis and table football.
