    Back to an earlier conversation regarding leaving Bluetooth on – don’t. It is a known culprit for eating battery power, much more than wifi.

    Mrs. Trellis – just to say that I agree with you about smartphones.
    This pm had a major row with husband who demanded that I organise the fixing of his just-arrived simcard into his new smartphone. We have an Orange account and he doesn’t understand french.
    He eventually realised that I was incapable, so I suggested calling an english friend along the lane who also doesn’t speak french, but understands smartphones.
    Voilà! ça va bien maintenant. :grin:
