A Special Free Service for Holiday Home Owners French Property and its Broadband


Most of our customers within this group either have gîtes that they rent to holiday makers and they are nearby to help with everyday things. The other group have a single holiday home that they rent whilst they remain in England. Both are not always around to offer assistance if there is either a problem with guests trying to connect to the internet service or unusually if the service is experiencing a problem.



Whilst they may be able to offer some assistance, even if they are available, their knowledge will be unlikely to equal ours. For that reason we offer a free service where we produce a simple written guide to be inserted in the property information pack left for visitors. This gives them all the details needed to enable them to call us to get immediate assistance, ensuring that they are on line as soon as possible.

The added bonus is that using our Freephone number they can ask for help in either English or French and our experienced team will help them in the same way as if they were a direct customer.

Coupled with our flexible suspension service these customers can save considerable sums when the property is not being used. The suspension facility allows the broadband service to be suspended for up to 4 months in any year and just needs an email to suspend and a call to reactivate. There is no requirement to return the modem when the service is not being used and the offer is the only one available for traditional broadband customers.

The free insert we produce includes a photo of the property (to be provided by the customer) and all the information they need to get knowledgeable help quickly.
