We are a French-American couple, Marc Tournecuillert born & raised in Nice and Kristin King born & raised in the United States. We are living in Mont Boron , on the border between Nice and Villefranche Sur Mer in the French Riviera.

Kristin bought an apartment in Paris 9th district in 2006, before speaking French. She found it very difficult concerning the entire buying process as a foreigner. It was quite a different process to buy in France compared to her country and the language barrier complicated the process.

Once she met Marc, they decided to buy in the French Riviera, firstly Villefranche-sur-Mer and after in Nice. It was the best decision in terms of quality of living and lifestyle with the sea and mountains, convient international airport and easy transportation (tramway, train, buses, bike lanes), great hospitals & clinics and safe.

We help you settle into your new property by referring our experts such as architects, builders & moving companies. Help with taxes, utilities, and the building management company (syndic)

Cost: There is no extra cost as we split our commission with the buyer agent. Upon successful completion we share a standard fee from the selling agent’s commission. If the property is directly sourced from a private owner, or “off market”, the standard agency fee will apply & will always be offset by negotiation on your behalf.
