Guide to the markets this year in the Aude & Pyrenees Orientales

Christmas in the southern Languedoc Roussillon is full of tradition, magic and fun. This year, big events combined with Christmas Markets have been organised in the major cities of Carcassonne, Narbonne and Perpignan to delight children and adults alike, and smaller markets will be held across the region making it easy to get all your Christmas shopping done! CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN THE AUDE

Castelnaudary – 17th December

Carcassonne – 12th – 24th December, plus appearances by Father Christmas, toboggan runs, ice-skating and many other events planned for the “Magic of Christmas” festival. For more details Click Here, or contact the CarcassonneTourist Office on 04 68 10 24 30

Fleury d’Aude – 9th December

Leucate – 9th December

Narbonne – 2nd – 31st December, with the arrival of Father Christmas on the 22nd and 23rd and the culmination of the “Fairy tale Christmas” festival on the 24th at 15.00 and 18.00 – with fireworks, music and magic!!! For more details contact the Mairie de Narbonne on 04 68 90 30 30
