Hi Zoe We live in Canada and are planning to move permanently to France to start our business there. I just watched your webinar, Buying in France and Beyond, which was so great. Thank you for creating this. I have 3 questions that I hoped to find the answers to: What is the percentage of luxury tax on properties over 1.3 million euros? Should we sign a contract with a realtor and if so, can we sign contracts with up to 3 realtors? If we only employ part-time employees, do we still provide benefits, and if so, what are the benefits?
