Centre Culturel Britannique, Lille

The Centre Culturel Britannique is an independent, non-profit making organisation run by a team of dedicated volunteers. The library houses over 6000 books in English both fiction and non-fiction, a large DVD collection, a children’s section and English Language Teaching resources, as well as up to date English newspapers and magazines. The centre runs a number of activities, which include, English Conversation Clubs, French Conversation Clubs, Storytime for children, Teen Club, Cinema Club and a Book Club. The centre is open to anyone who speaks English or who wants to practise it.
